4SC - Summer 2020

This is the last blog of this school year. You have been a fantastic class and we have really enjoyed teaching you in class and from a distance over the internet. We hope you enjoyed reading your school reports with your parents. Please ask your parents to fill in the reply slip and return it to school. Have a wonderful summer and we will see you all in September when you begin Year 5 with Miss Dolman. Your classroom will be Mr Wallen's old room so you will come in the usual door you used this year. Your parents will be called on Wednesday 2nd September and you will be told when your first day in school will be. Here is a Summer project all about Coventry's history and the industries it is famous for. We hope you enjoy it. Mrs Smith, Mrs Cooper and Miss Khan.

Our Gallery of amazing home learning

Ryan has been learning about Lady Godiva and the Cash family.

Alex has been researching facts about Coventry and found out about the Cash brothers making ribbons. He also made a wanted poster for Peeping Tom.

A very creative stained glass window painted by Patty. It would certainly look really beautiful in the old cathedral.

Patty has been thinking about animals and jobs they can do around the home to help out.

Kairese has drawn a self portrait in the style of Quentin Blake

Ryan has designed his own Marvellous Medicine to give superpowers to his neighbour's cat.

An elephant and giraffe to help out with those household chores - great imagination Ryan.

Alex has shared his volcano and shape learning.

Patty made a volcano and was excited to see it erupt.

A very creative pirate map from Patty.

Kairese has been learning about pollination and the life cycle of a butterfly. He made butterflies by printing with leaves.

Teo made a bug hotel for his beetle.

Teo  has been using leaves for art and learning - great job .
