20/21 Junior Leadership Team Blog
"Hello, my name is Kariz and I am the Prime Minister of Joseph Cash Primary and I support Mrs Sidhu with looking after the prefects and being a great role model to others.
Being the Prime Minister means the world to me. It gives me the opportunity to support others and set a good example. Furthermore, it gives me the opportunity to represent the school in different events.
Initially, I applied for the role of ‘Head boy’, so I was thrilled to learn that this year we would also be a position of ‘Prime Minister’ and that I had been selected for this prestigious title.
I take the role of Prime Minster very seriously and do my upmost to fulfil the duties that are assigned to me. This could be something simple like addressing poor behaviour to writing a speech to welcome ‘The flame of friendship’."
"Hello, my name is Sahar and I am the Head Girl of Joseph Cash and I am thrilled to be given such a leadership role within the school. I applied because I understand how it important it is to have good role models across the school who always demonstrate exceptional behaviour and their actions are underpinned by our school value: resilience, understanding others, trying new things, being brave and never giving up. I always exercise these values in whatever I do and do my upmost to ensure that I am an excellent role model to others.
Being Head Girl is a phenomenal title to hold and I am honoured to be the one to have it. It gives me the chance to support and represent all the causes alongside the Prime Minster and Head Boy.
I take my role very seriously and will work hard to fulfil all the duties and expectations that are bestowed upon me."
"Hello, my name is Glevis and I am the Head boy of Joseph Cash Primary School. It is a title that I have always dreamed of having since my time at Joseph Cash Primary School. I see the role as an opportunity to enhance all the wonderful things that we already have in place at our school whilst listening to and acting on the voice of our pupils to further improve our school.
I am thrilled to be Head boy and to represent children from all year groups to make the school even better than it already is; I am always here to listen and to share your thoughts and ideas with SLT. I work diligently alongside the head boy and Prime Minster carry out my duty as a head boy and act as a good role model to others. In addition to this, I have participated in school council meetings and suggested ideas for special events.
I take my role very seriously and feel humbled and extremely lucky to be the one who was chosen for this prestigious role."
