Then I spent twelve years working for the local authority as an adviser for Early Years, supporting schools across Coventry in developing and sustaining high quality early years education. I first came to Joseph Cash as local authority governor and am now a co-opted governor. Currently I am vice-chair of governors. I have high expectations of and aspirations for the educational experience children have at Joseph Cash and the progress that they make during the time at our school.
