EYFS will be visiting Uberslade Farm during the Summer term....


The children visited Subway at Jubilee Crescent as part of their 'Health and Self-care' learning.

Year 1

During the Autumn term, the children had great fun in their WOW week taking part in a magicians workshops, learning different tricks and circus skills.


At Christmas, they walked to St Francis Church, to learn more about the Christian celebration of 'Christingle'


In the Spring term,  the children took part in a 'Meet the Creature' and were given the opportunity to hold lots of different animals, as part of their Science learning.

Year 2

The children participated in a really fun and interesting 'Gun powder plot' workshop during their Autumn WOW week.


At Christmas, they walked to St Francis Church, to learn more about the Christian celebration of 'Christingle'



Year 3 

During their Autumn WOW week, the children learnt lots about their topic in a super 'Stone Age workshop.'


Coventry City Building Society staff visited the children and helped the children prepare for the KS2 enterprise challenge!


Year 4 

The children had great fun finding out about the Mayans during their Autumn WOW week, they got to play musical instruments and dress up in traditional Mayan clothes!


During RE week, Ros Johnson visited the children to talk about Judaism. The children found it really interesting to learn about a new religion.

Year 5 

The children have enjoyed taking part in a three week art project led by Barr's Hill School. They have enjoyed developing their printing techniques as well as finding out more about secondary schools and transition.


The children will be visiting St Francis Church this week to find out more about the Easter to follow!

Year 6

During their Autumn RE week, the children were lucky enough to visit the Masjid Zeenatul Islam Temple as part of their Islam topic. The children thoroughly enjoyed the visit and were pleased by  how welcoming the staff were at the temple.
